Filed 1/18 with 1 bar starting 1/19. No change since then. Anyone from the same period experiencing the same problem? Seems like there’s been nothing on here for 1/18 filers in a while…hoping I didn’t get left behind!

Filed 1/12, accepted 1/18. Still 1 bar on wife’s SSN, that weird no bars still being processed message when looking under mine.
Looked back at last year’s acceptance vs received date, and it was 24-25 days. Going to be calling next Thursday if I haven’t got a DDD yet.

Lisa, the 8th is Wednesday. Happy to see things moving along despite me being stuck in path act limbo.

Anyone accepted on 1/19 have all bars disappear this am?
As I read it looks like all 1/18 acceptance got a DD date this morning so maybe we’re tomorrow?
Does WMR really update every night? I can believe I was at one bar till yesterday and no bars today.
Any other 1/19 accepted out there in my boat?

I was accepted 17th, filed with Taxslayer. I was finally able to order transcripts yesterday. code on them was 20170505. I updated this morning with a message that I would receive my deposit by 02/08/2017. I’m weekly. I have gotten my deposit on Wednesdays the last two years so I’m assuming it will probably go in on Wednesday 7th.
Finally! I so glad to see movement. Hopefully others will see movement soon as well.

I was accepted on 1/17. Never had any bars, though it said I was being processed. FINALLY, today I had two bars. It said that they had made a $30
Adjustment and I would receive my deposit by Feb 13. Hope y’all have good news today! -

I agree with the early filing. I think we have all been screwed Accepted on 1/17 with no EIC. Totally unfair. I wonder if we owed money would it be this situation

@John Doe Nothing
Exactly, I filed on the 18th accepted on the 19th and I got my refund today, I have never seen my bar move from accepted except for once way back when they started the WMR page.
I’m not sure if it moves after I get the deposit but I can categorically say that it never moves for me before I get my deposit….

I’m in the same boat. Was accepted 1/18 and no movement at all. Can’t order my tax transcripts. I had both state and federal deposited by this time last year!!

NameHere, when did you file? And you’re saying WMR never updated past the 1 bar but you got your return this morning?

Well, I’m still at one bar but I woke up to a deposit of my federal today. No EIC or ACTC but I do have a fairly complicated return, education deductions and credits, mortgage points, self employment deductions and I itemize…hope that helps some people.
Oh, I also still have one bar, but I’ve only seen that bar move once, back when it was initially introduced.

I’ll update this thread again tomorrow after the alleged ‘huge’ update goes through.
I filed with nothing special, no EITC or anything else covered by the PATH Act. I’m strongly considering waiting to file until Feb 1st next year as it seems early filers get shot in the foot for not dilly-dallying around with their taxes.

I was accepted 1/18. I use TurboTax and have been using them for the past 5 years. No changes to anything and no Additional child care credit or EIC. Just schedule A deductions. Still at 1 bar. Last year I received my refund on 2/1. This is unfair. It seems like the early filers may be sitting in a queue somewhere rather than being processed. Unacceptable.

Same here! Filed 1/18, accepted 1/19. Still one bar.
2 years ago I had to file by paper because of my SS# already being used to file. I didn’t get my return until September. Last year, I had to verify my identity over the phone, and received it fairly quickly after that. This year, they sent me a Pin to file with in the mail, so I am still hoping that it will move along faster and I can put the identity issues behind me.

I filed 1/17 was accepted 1/18. I had one bar until 1/28 when it changed to PATH message. I have both credits so I’m just waiting! I was able to order both transcripts on 1/27. As of this morning I still have the PATH message and probably will have it til after 2/15…I will update you if anything changes in the morning.
