      Today when I opened the mailbox I received a 4464C (Review Letter), This is the 3rd consecutive year that my refund is being delayed, 2014 (ID Verify), 2015 (Review/ID Verify), and now 2016 (Review). I had to use a Tax Advocate last year and send in all my back up documentation for income and simple CTC. The reason that this is so frustrating is that I am permanently disabled and my income has been exactly the same over the last 3 years. I am going to be calling the Tax Advocates office tomorrow. This is a joke what they are doing. I hope the other folks who filed 1/18 get better news than I did. does anybody have any advice?
