      Just wondering how the 1/14 filers are coming along?

      I still have no bars with tax topic 152 as of Monday. Called the IRS and apparently my return was bumped out of the system and sent to the Error Processing Department. She can’t tell me why. She also said a letter has not been sent to me. Idk what to think at this point.

          I had the same situation with identity verify, they said it could take 9 weeks additional so i got an advocate, since i got the advocate the IRS call center will not speak to me only to the advocate. Is that right? or was she just trying to get me off the phone?

            Filed 1/13/16 accepted 1/14/16. Had one bar until a few days ago. Now it says is still being processed with tax topic 152 under it.

            Called several different times today to find out what was going on. Both women I talked to said I was randomly selected for review. I have no letters attached to my account and to look for return next week……. I spoke to 4 different men and they all said my 21 days were not up yet, that the system had been down, that I’m not being audited and one guy said there is not even a way to find anything about my account and there is no such thing as being randomly reviewed! WTF!?!?! I’m beyond pissed and I will never ever again file early!!!!!

              Turbo rax did asked for license#. Plus if they reconcile the w2 and my info it would matched. So why the identity review which caused the delay? I read some horror stories about these identity review causes delay for months

                  Accepted on 1/14. On Monday, got through to an irs agent and she said my return under identity review and pushed back 2 more weeks. Got freaked out and called back and another lady said my return looks fine. Bars disappeared on wrm as of 2/2. Been calling couples times a day try to see if i am under identity review but no agent would review the account. No update on wmr and i am really pissed right now

                    I got a DDD yesterday for 2/5 after my bars disappeared on 2/1. Still waiting on the money.
