      I had to verify I did … Case is closed .. I call today and they said my bank rejected my refund . bullshit. I just called sbbt and they said they even haven’t tried to deposit any amount of money…

      So will I get a paper check or a dd?

          @Harry, the IRS customer service agents have no clue what they are talking about. I too had to ID verify and when I filed requested DD. Due to ID they elected to send me a check instead of DD. I call this past Saturday to verify the date of my check being mailed and I was told that my deposit was rejected when in fact IRS never tried to deposit my refund. Sorry to say the reps just spout out anything to get you off the phone. She was so rude to me that she never even looked at my file to see that I had a TA and that my refund had been approved.

            Question…When you request a copy of transcripts and a copy of your return transcripts ..When they say 5-10 business days does that mean you will get your return?? And A Date from Deposit??
