      I filed 1/12 turbo tax. It’s said wasn’t accepted till 1/25 was told no letter no codes no bars on WMR but tax topic 152. Call today they say letter being sent out in March. I ordered transcript 2/12. No codes but cycle date of 20160605. We have small offset w va. Could letter be saying offset paid? Hotline still says current one owed to va HELP!
