This whole thing is becoming a bit concerning to me as there are a lot of people who have filed after us that have received there funds today. I filed on 01/04 and was accepted on 01/12 . I still have one bar on WMR and i am not able to order my transcripts. Anyone one else have the same problem??

I filed on 1/9, received email from TurboTax on 1/13 saying my return was accepted.
I am still sitting at 1 bar with blank account transcripts.
I do not claim anyone, or have any of the extenuating circumstances which would cause me to be delayed past 2/15.
I’m starting to feel concerned, since so many people have received their refunds already that filed after I did.

I filed on 1/5, accepted on 1/12. Had the same 1 orange bar then the PATH message about the 15th showed up a few days ago. I have all of my transcripts. Claiming both child credits. My transcript shows processing date 2/13/17, cycle 20170405. I looked at last years transcripts, last year it stated my processing date was 2/22/16, cycle 20160505. I received my refund last year on 2/10. 12 days before the processing date. My fiance filed and accepted 1/20. He doesn’t check transcripts or WMR, hes just patient and waits. He claimed the child credit also, last night his account was showing it pending for deposit on 2/1 into his credit union bank account. NO BULLSHIT! I’m with BBT, they never post anything early and I don’t have anything pending. So we looked at his transcripts from 2016, he also had a processing date of 2/22 and received on 2/10, this years showed process date 2/13 but now pending for deposit 2/1, again 12 days difference. Maybe there is something to the 12 days thing. I haven’t had anyone else’s to compare this to, but maybe its worth a look for some of y’all too. As for my SC state taxes, accepted but no movement. Even the state website says they do not have refund in process at this time. But given SC’s backwoods ways, I never get an update on their website until AFTER I’ve received my state refund.

So even though I have no dependents, no credits, but because I filed early will have the same delay as path folks? That’s bs
My return is less than a grand and I really do need it. Dumb. Fuirs -

I just spoke to someone at Irs he said that the message is generic for those who filed early (before the 23rd) and it was processing and I would see an update by weeks end but won’t see a refund till after the 15th

I filed on 1/12, accepted on 1/13. Was able to order transcripts on Friday 1/27. On Saturday 1/28 message says “Your tax refund is scheduled to be sent to your bank by February 1, 2017.
If your refund is not credited to your account by February 6, 2017, check with your bank to see if it has been received.”
I’m hoping it will hit the bank tomorrow morning.
Good luck everyone.

Hello,
I filed on 1/7 and was accepted on 1/12. Last Thursday I was able to order both transcripts. The next day (Friday), My bars disappeared and I now have the Path Act Message.
My state NE is on the way. I filed with TT. Since I claimed EIC and ACTC (as I always have done for years now) I shouldn’t expect anything until the 2/15- or later.

Filed Friday the 13th with Jackson Hewitt. Not sure exact date of acceptance but well before the 23rd. Nothing but 1 bar. Joint return with 4 dependents. Made about 65,000 with a return of almost 8,000.
State is NC. Only says still being processed.

I have been coming to this site for the last few years and every year it seems that a lot of early filers get pushed back after people that filed on “opening day.” So even if I have gotten my W2 I wait until opening day bc, well who wants a delay? It sucks and I feel bad for all of those still in waiting. But, hang in there!

Good luck to you as well. I wonder that whenever we get our second bar or some kind of movement that we receive an email or something.

me either. i have no credits other than for my school but it is not the eic or whatever credit that they are holding people for this year. You would think that with us filing early we would be the first to receive our refunds.. ugh!!

Can’t order either. No fancy credits, just basic tax efiling. Filed 7th, accepted 13th one bar. Netspend must be hibernating this year lol
