      Anyone have any experience with the form 8962 and 1095A. I received a letter saying to submit those which I did. How long does it take to process? Hopefully not a full 6 to 8 weeks? What should I expect

            Ive been looking around on here and about 3 people have gotten their return back 3 weeks after faxing.. I can work with that.

              I called today and was told my return is no longer with the Error Dept but he said he didn’t see any updates. Think I’m confused lol

                Same boat here, IRS received my form 8962 and 1095A on Feb 24th. I called On Feb 27th and they said it could take 6-8 weeks, but there is always a possibility that it could be sooner. I an Hoping it gets here before April 1st. I guess The bright side is that if I dont Have it, I cant Spend it lol

                  I did not get a confirmation. When I looked at my return transcript about a week after faxing I could see that they received it. My info from form 8962 was input at the very bottom of the return.

                        I faxed mine Feb.18th same day
                        Called to confirm received Feb.25th
                        They have received and working on them.

                        Filed jan 18th
                        Wmr recieved jan.19th
                        No eic no actc
                        Recieved irs letter Feb 18th
                        Tax preparer forgot to enter 1095A info

                        Wmr says tax topic 152
                        No change yet as of today Feb27,2020
                        Hope soon, maybe Saturday????

                          Same here. Faxed in 2/24. Was told to keep checking but they said they wouldn’t/couldn’t verify they have received the forms I faxed. Which sucks.
