      Hi All,

I thought I’d post my experience and what I’ve seen. If you got sent to errors due to a lack of a 1095-A or B (thanks TT), from what I’ve seen it’s only actually taking about 10-14 days to process.

      Filed 2/5
      Accepted 2/6
Bars were there but went away around 2/16
After 23 days I called because my WMR hadn’t changed – around 2/22. I was told a letter was sent to my address – except it was my OLD address because they apparently don’t actually update addresses until they process the return. So had I not called, I wouldn’t have known. It was due to the fact that TT never bothered to ask for my 1095-A for my marketplace insurance, only asking if I HAD insurance. The rep gave me the fax number and said I did not have to wait for the letter anyway.

      Faxed 2/28
Called 3/9 and was told to wait EIGHT weeks. Good grief.
3/10 I could finally access my transcripts using my current address, and my tax topic came back
3/11 my bars returned with a DDD date of 3/13

So it took around 11 days for the paperwork to be processed.

I hope this helps! Feel free to post your experiences!

I’m also in the same boat. TT didn’t ask me about my 1095a so I completely forgot to file that and as a result, no 8962 was filed. No updates yet from irs.
Did they make you file an amended return or to just send in your 1095a and 8962?

            Thanks

Filed 1/30/2020, one bar only, never got the PATH, 2/18/2020 bars disappeared “still processing”, called 2/28/2020 said my return was in error dept. missing 1095-A form letter was sent. Faxed both forms needed on 3/2/2020. Still can’t see transcripts -N/A, no movement at all.

Please keep updating on your end with this problem?

They’re a bunch of damn liars. I called yesterday because I’ve been seeing people sending their docs off way after I did and receive updates and I haven’t received one. The rep I spoke with Ms Clark said they have zero access to tell us wether our fax was received. Told me to sit around and wait the eight weeks. I re sent. I don’t think my original fax went through as my husband did it and he didn’t get a confirmation from the fax he used. Hope to start seeing updates next week finally.

Filed in January. Faxed my 1095/8962 three weeks ago. This morning my refund amount disappeared and now there’s a message for Tax Topic 152. Hope this is a good sign. I’ve been stuck on “still being processed” for a month and still am but now my refund amount is gone.

Faxed 2/28 as well. My tax topic returned and amount disappeared today. My refund should be increasing a little bit.. Hoping my bars return tomorrow as yours did the next day… i filed 1/28 accepted same day. 12c letter came 2/24.

I updated on the Cycle 20201005 thread but figured I’d update here too since I had the 1095 and Form 8962 problem. Filed 2/2. Accepted by IRS 2/3. Faxed Forms 1095/8962 on 2/24. Just got my Deposit Date for 3/18.

Wow! I faxed over my stuff on 2/25 and I still have blank transcripts and still processing on WMR…..idk what to do. They FINALLY told me today when I called that they did receive my fax, but had to wait the 8 weeks 😭😭😭
