I heard that the wmr site isn’t always accurate. My friend said her DD hit but the bars never moved. I filed 3/15 with 1 eic. I didn’t make much so I figured it wouldn’t be long. It’s been on the first bar for 10 days. Is this normal?

I am also waiting on refund or bars to move. Filed and accepted Feb 20th. Stuck at one bar since Feb 23rd. My bars are still there, Dollar amount still there. When I go to order transcripts it says no return filed as of today. Got my state refund yesterday. Filed both Fed and State through TT on same date.
Why does IRS show no record of return , but WMR shows 1 bar and no movement?

So Saturday early morning I finally got some movement on the bar. 3 days before my 21 days is up… April 4th DD. I filed on the 15th of March and it didn’t move until Saturday. I was worried

I faxed the necessary paperwork on 3/19, still waiting on some kind of update on wmr. First filed 2/7 by paper and got confirmation of faxed being received yesterday. I’m sick of waiting

@shauna. Keep reading, you will soon find out that many early filers haven’t recv’d their refunds yet. . I’m a 2/9/18 filer and still waiting. i am not sure what methodology the IRS is using. It seems like the whole process is simply messed up with some getting their refunds timely while others my are not.

Ill keep you guys posted. I’m a bit impatient as I need a new car for work. Uber is kicking my a$$. lol by the 4th of April that will be 21 days so I’m just going to stop thinking about it. Lol

Today is the 13th day so 9 more to go. We shall see. I’m a bit worried because I assumed the first bar would’ve moved by now but still no DDD.

I F/A 1/29 and bars were there for a while then disappeared. No updates since. The IRS is behind in dealing with the PATH act. No consistencies or concrete protocol this year it seems. Your guess is as good as anyone’s.

                        shauna,

in same boat as you. filed 3/16 , still 1 bar, and was able to order both transcripts. march fillers are going a lot smoother than early filers, so we should see a DDD this week. keep us updated @shauna
