1% you will get a nice agent, 99% script

I already posted about not calling the IRS the agents are fucking idiots. But I decided to try the personal line instead of the Practitioner Priority Line since I’m a tax preparer. I used the number you posted. The agent was rude and didn’t give me information said probably won’t see my refund till March and that i called yesterday for my transcript so he will not send me another one. I hung up on him. THEY ARE NOT GOD. These agents will say anything to anyone so they don’t actually have to work. Yes they are human too, blah blah blah, but I deal with these people every single day. They are LAZY! And not to mention scripted. If you have 45 minutes to waste go ahead and call. Maybe 1% you will have a smart agent and who will be respectful and will actually tell you a DDD. I am really screwed I need that money for a security deposit on my house. I work very hard and to have this happen really upsets me. I will still be hopeful tomorrow I will get money, but doubt it. Usually I claim zero so I can get a huge refund but I may change my withholding now so this doesn’t happen next year.
