Can’t get online transcript – cell phone won’t verify. Same number since 2008. Switched carrier.

Had to ID verify last year – verified using past tax info. Code for verify was on WMR & TT sent email. Guessing there would be a code or other message on WMR if there are any issues.

I have no bars, but updated from path to we have recieved your return and it is being processed. I can’t view my transcripts because I have no loans or credit cards and use a pre paid phone. I feel like the 1/31 group fell into a seperate week of ddd’s for those that were path, because I’m not seeing anyone with 846. I hope I’m wrong..would really like to see a deposit this coming week. Crossing fingers and toes.

WMR updated to processing message and refund amount back on the side. I also checked my transcripts and they updated overnight as well to show the 846 code with a date of 2/22/19.

I also just checked my 2017 transcripts and I had my 846 code with a 2/26/18 date and I looked back at our account and it in fact posted on 2/26/18. We bank with chase so just a regular account not a prepaid one.

Safe to assume the 846 date is your DDD.

STill holding on here! I’m beginning to think that those of us who have not received the PATH message depends on where we fell in the timing of things. I know sometimes if file later in the day, it could apply to the next day. This makes sense to me, based on that 21 days from when we all filed, is past the hold for PATH. Last year IRS gave themselves the same cushion of the 27th or around there, and everyone received their DD before then. I filed around the same time last year too, I think on 2/2 and I never received the PATH message then either.

As for student loans, if you’re filing this year with a 1098-T, or have access to a previous years 1098-T, the account number is on that. I initially tried using my loan account number from a billing statement. Wouldn’t work. Once I pulled out my 1098-T and used the account number from that, boom. IRS validated. I’m just waiting for the PIN in the mail now, since I changed over to a pre-paid phone to save money this year and don’t have access to my original number I registered with.

Filed 1/31 accepted 1/31 still 1 bar and still processing. Can not get to transcripts. I’m a weekly. I am a Pather. But do not have the path message yet. Hope it’s not a bad sign! Hopefully will update tomorrow on wmr. Got ours last year on 1/22.

Seems like only people who have no credits have updated to the 846 code. I have the path message. Guess I’ll know for sure by tomorrow if I update.

I’m noticing that the 846 code seems to be posting for people who just got access to transcripts this morning but some of us who have had them since Tuesday or prior did not get updated. I wonder what caused that?

Ally, some people are on a weekly cycle and some are on a daily cycle for tax refund processing. The codes on your tax transcript will tell you what you are.

Filed and accepted 1/30. Still one bar. Not affected by PATH. I’m assuming I will update on Saturday. I filed both of my sons returns on the same day. They’ve had their refunds in their bank a week already. Already got NYS refund back yesterday which is the first time I’ve ever gotten State first.

No updates for me today either. Have had path message since yesterday and nothing new with transcripts that became available on 2/12. Still no 846 code.

Yeah I wish I understood how they decide who is weekly or daily. Seems like it should just be a processed as it comes in type of deal. Even if they did hold until the 15th.

Updates for me this morning! WMR still shows one bar in the app but I now have access to my Account transcript that is filled out. Before it was just listed with 0.00 and an as of date of 2/25/19.

Now it is showing the three codes:

150: tax return filed
806: W2 or 1099 withholdings
766: Credit to your account
The 846 code is not listed.

My Account Balance shows my refund amount and my as of date still says 2/25/19.

My cycle code is 20190702 so I am a daily. My date next to the cycle code shows 3/4/19.

Last year my cycle code was 20180803 and the date by that was 3/13/18 but my 846 code had a refund date of 2/26/18. Looks like our return started processing a week earlier this year and I was kept as a daily.

My return Transcript has been N/A until today as well so that’s finally available and so is the record of Account transcript. Wage transcript is still blank and still shows no return filed so I’m guessing this updates later.

I have the ACTC credit and college credits.

Filed 1/30 with HRB and accepted 1/31. My blank transcripts became available at some point last week but did not completely update until this morning.

Hopefully this means WMR movement this week since I’m PATH.

I think the government is just screwing us all over this year.

I think if you have a blank account transcript that’s a positive as it means they have received your info and are still processing. Once the Return Transcript becomes available and the Account transcript updates/completes I bet we will see a WMR shortly after.

If we got resequenced it could just delay us a bit as we got moved further back in the line. Sometimes the IRS can confirm resequencing and give more info.

I am on a Facebook grouo and literally like half the people including me are at 1 bar tt152 no update i dont think all of us would b resquenced i think we are good and wmr will update Wednesday or Saturday you might even get your money before you update on wmr

My trans for 2018 say n/a for all . Accept for wage and income and there it says no return filed ? My return and account are n/a ? I can’t even press on them ? Cause they r gray ? I have no date anywhere ??? I’m so confused ??

No changes for me either. Just curious but has anyone accepted 1/31 called and asked about getting resequenced? I was reading in other forums that they will give you a date you are expected to start processing again. Maybe it’s that 2/25 date we keep seeing on our blank transcripts.

Exactly the same for me, except i did not file with TT, I filed later in the day and it was accepted pretty quickly.

Saw a lot of people woke up to no change, PasTH message or a delay 1541 message.

Something seems messed up this year and I have a feeling we are all getting a little screwed over.

Just updated to PATH message this morning

Just updated to the path m message! Just have to wait for the IRS to release everyones money now.

I checked my bank statement from last year and we got our deposit on 2/21. We bank with Usaa so I dont remember if we got it a day early because of that or if that is when the irs deposited it.

I’m hoping it will be about the same this year. Fingers crossed.

My Account transcript shows a 2/25/2019 date near the top on the right and lists it twice but no other information is filled out on it and at the bottom it says No Return Filed. What does that mean, my return transcript still says N/A.

I just tried to order transcripts and my Return transcript is still not available online and my Account transcript still says no return has been filed.

Guess my account isn’t updating this week unless transcripts update later today as I’m not sure what time they officially update. This is a bummer. I doubt WMR will update for us without transcripts :(

Filed 1/31 with turbotax, accepted within 15 minutes.

Haven’t attempted to order transcripts online yet. You need to do online order, you can order transcripts and receive by mail even if you haven’t been processed. If your return has been accepted but hasn’t completed processing you will receive blank return transcript. Kind of useless. You need to order online so you can look in real time and look for the 846 code about midway through the page.

No EITC or CTC, so hoping for an update tomorrow. If not I’m ordering online :)

WMR updated this morning. Matches my deposit date on my transcript. DDD BY 2/8/19. Will let y’all know if it posts early. I have Huntington and them people withhold everything, so probably not.

WMR updated for me this morning to processed and a DDD of 02-08 which matches the 846 code date I saw on my transcript of record yesterday.
I have no EIC OR ACTC.
I do have CTC and AOC. for education.
I also checked 2017 transcript and the 846 code was 02-09 which is when my refund hit my checking last year. My Indiana refund also deposited the same day last year.

@WillsWim6 in past years my refund has always DD’d on the day the IRS set as my DDD. Never early or late. Always into my checking account.

Anyone have experience with how accurate the 846 codes are for when their refund was actually DD? This is the first year I’ve ever checked my IRS record of transcript for this code.

I also filed 1-31 and accepted same day. So far sitting at one bar on war. I was able to see my transcript today for first time.

I filed 1/18 with acceptance on 1/22 EITC & CTC. WMR switched to PATH on 2/2 with no further movement. My sister, however, filed on 1/31 with CTC only & same day acceptance and as of 5:30 today shows her refund is pending ACH deposit for 2/8 in her bank but still no other movement on wmr. It’s literally still on 1 bar. After reading thru alot of these various threads, I’ve come to the conclusion that we’re in a “u just don’t know until it’s there” scenario! Lol (; Anywho, last year I filed EITC & CTC on 1/24 , was accepted on 1/26 and with only accepted update listed on WMR, woke on 2/8 to find my refund was deposited and available in my acct.
