      No bars, still processing, refund will be provided when available. NO refund amount, topic 152 still there I still cannot order transcripts!

          I was accepted. I cant order transcripts because I cant activate the account online, but when i called a few days ago, I had the transcripts faxed and they were blank. I do have a refund amount, 152 topic, no path, and one bar since accepted.

            I filed mine the 24 accepted the 25 got a path message a week later. Ordered my transcripts on the second. Got them yesterday and it shows my refund amount in a negative and a process date next to the cycle code for 2-18-19
