      I was accepted with one bar as of 1/28. I filed through TT. I am a PATHer claiming EIC. I can not access my transcripts because it says my student loan account number is not correct. Is anyone else not seeing any movement? What are your thoughts on when we will see DDD?

            I’m not able to access my transcripts and thats only because they couldnt verify my phone number (used my middle name on my bill instead of first name), so they are sending me out a confirmation code via mail. However, I did have someone fax me my transcripts and they were blank.

              Call whoever provides your school loan and ask them for the account number that is used on your credit report. It’s different than your loan account number, and the irs uses the one on your credit report. Finally got mine today after calling.

                @shelemesser I cannot access them at all. Hopefully someone else can give you insight on that.

                  Has anyone been able to get their transcripts that has no bars and the still processing message? I still cannot get mine as of 2/13…

                    I agree I don’t think we will see anything until the 15th. I have checked SBTPG since I can’t access transcripts and they do not have my refund yet.

                      Also accepted 1/28, but i still have one bar with no other movement since then. I’m just patiently waiting to see how things play out in 2 days
