570/971 date of 2/20/23
No Mail received, as I know of
Simple return, just some educational credit refund
Refund usually comes in about 2 weeks
First time being delayed

Anybody in similar situation? Any tips? thx yall

  My as of date was 3/6. I still did not update. No idea what’s going on!

  I have the exact same codes as well. 570 dates February 20 and 971 dates February 27. I spoke to an agent and I was told my return is in the review process and I should wait one 20 days also that I should receive a letter in the mail, but I have yet to receive a letter WRM change from the past message to we have received your return and it is now being processed on 1 March wondering how long before seeing any updates after being in the review process
