My question is I had an offset from 2010 for taxes owed they updated my 2010 transcripts today but not my 2013 transcripts I can veiw all transcripts and the cycle code on the 2010 is 20140805 and a date of march 10, 2014 but the cycle on my 2013 says 20140705 and a date of march 3, 2014 would like any insight if rather they will update my 2013 or just my 2010?

I was right! Finally got an update Wed night for a DD 2/18.

Holy crap!!!!! I finally got an update. For reference, I filed thru turbo tax on 1/26. It was accepted 1/29. Up until now I have only had one bar and TT152 and nothing on transcripts.
2013 still has an * and non filing letter in it. Record of transcript has n/a where 2013 should be. I have an 846 code for refund issued and cycle date of 20140705, which now I need to look up and see what ddd that means.
Oh and I was a 2/24.

Woke up to my DDD of Feb 18! Hang in there everyone, this was the longest wait ever in all my years of filing. Don’t even want to think about what next year is going to be like. Congrats for those that got theirs too and prayers for others that they will soon get theirs and we all have our $$$$.

I orignally recieved a text notice that my file was accepted 1/31 then changed to 02/01 according to IRS. I’m pretty sure I am in the weekly cycle since I had an offset last year. According to IRS manual weekly batches are posted within 7 days and a dd 4 days after. I’m pretty sure weekly cycles also get updated wed/sat. Since I hadn’t been updated last weekend. I called IRS. After talkin to two IRS agents who btw both had different info for me. The second agent assured me that the first agent missinformed me and that my file wasn’t actually accepted until the 2/4. I also was finally able to access my transcript this week and as of yesterday shows all 0s and a date of 3/3. I’m hoping I get updated on wmr tonight. I’m HOPING. I’ll update when I have more info. As of today it will not let me access my transcripts although the info I put in is excatly the same as yesterday. I am also in Philly area.

I was able to order my 2013 transcrips by mail unable to view them online i file on Jan 14 accepted on jan 24 – 2014 and still no movement too.. some other folks are saying to call the IRS and find out what is going on.. I think is just waste of time and just wait and see.

Cool. I’ve been a 3/3’er since last week and I still have nothing new to report on my end. I honestly am getting to the point where I think I’m making this whole thing more than it needs to be and just wait, and the money will come when it is ready.

I just wanted to say I still have 0 on my account transcripts and a date of 2/24 as of 6:52 am easten time.. And I have no idea what this means but it’s driving me boinkers!!!..am I in some sort of IRS pergortory?.. I’m so sad :'(

Not sure how accurate this is. I was told by an irs rep the 2/24 date we are seeing on our account transcript is the date given after the irs accepts our return and it starts going through the refund process. It’s exactly 21 days from the day we are accepted. When you have your refund direct deposited the irs uses a 21 day time period for you to receive your refund. I checked my prior year returns. In 2011 I was accepted on 1/30. My DDD was 2/8. My transcript date was 2/20. In 2012 I was accepted on 1/28. My DDD was 2/6. My transcript date was 2/18. This year I was accepted on 1/28. But the irs said some early filers that were accepted prior to 1/31 actually were accepted later than they thought. She stated I was actually accepted on 2/3 not 1/28. My transcript reads 2/24 which is 21 days after my acceptance. She stated my refund is on schedule according to my acceptance date on 2/3 and I should receive my refund sometime next week. I am just hoping for a DDD this week.

People with 3/3 dates are reporting updates on their transcripts and the * is gone. I am a 2/24 and everything is still the same.

I think they just updated because i had just my transcripts and wmr about 10:30pm..no change. NOW they are updated with code and return transcript available! I saw someone had posted that they had read that the 3/3 were showing updated. my code is 20140703……There is hope..they are finally going thru. My gosh this is a long stressing taxing journey….

Yeah, I saw that earlier to, so maybe this 3/3 could be a good thing, but maybe not likely. I’ll start feeling better when we get more updates. I’m just guessing based on the old refund cycle charts the 3/3 is an actual check mailing date with a 2/28 direct deposit date, which isn’t until two weeks from this friday. That’s what I’m leaning towards with this 3/3 thing.

Glad I found this. I’m in the same boat here and been looking into this stuff more in the last few days. Acct transcript all 0’s, 3/3/14 date and from the philly “hub”. Filed 1/29, accepted 2/2 based on irs rep, and still sitting at processing bar. I also filed through H&R Block if that helps much.

Oh this just pisses me off. I filed my brothers taxes on 2/6 and just out of curiosity I just pulled up his transcripts and they are all done. He has a cycle date and refund issued on transcript. WMR hasn’t updated yet but I’m sure it will with the next update.

I just don’t know what to think about this refund delay. I can’t imagine an ice storm would delay all these tax returns by this much. I’m sure they have generators. It’s not like Philly isn’t use to getting bad weather so they are equipped for it. Then after reading the page about there being no such thing as hubs and that Philly is on our account transcript as a default meaning transcript saying Philly has nothing to do with the delay worries me. I just wish we could get an answer.

I called again today and this time the only thing I could get out of the agent was that I started processing on the 3rd and it takes 21 days to complete processing..BS all these others already got theirs and sure as heck didn’t take 21 days.
I did see someone posted what transcript said and it had date of 3/3/14 and they got their code and all that jazz..so maybe we will get something tonight …i’m not checking anymore till after midnight. Tired of getting let down. -

I filled on 1/20. My federal was accepted 1/28. My state wasn’t excepted until 2/3. Still no DDD on my federal. Still unable to order transcripts. Still has* on return transcripts and 000 on account transcripts with 2/24 date. My state was approved on 2/7 with a DDD of 2/12. In the past I have always received my federal prior to my state refund. Praying for federal DDD this week.

The last 2 years have ruined me on the refund process. 2 years ago i was pulled for Review. it was Aug before a tax advocate was able to get my return released. Last year i got flagged for possible ID theft due to a new w-2. This year i just decided today to call an advocate (i do have a hardship) The first lady i spoke to was very nice! She then had to transfer me to someone to complete the process, this lady had the nerve to tell me that they cannot help me, that the advocate service will now only help people before they file.yes, because we all have ESP and know we will need an advocate to help get our return moving! I was so aggravated i could not call back, i would not have been able to speak kindly. So if theres no update i will be calling them back tomorrow.

Same story here. Filed 1/31 through Turbo Tax and was accepted the same day. I’ve had one bar and tax topic 152 for over a week now. My transcripts are all 0’s with a date of 3/3 at the Philly hub. Last year I was apart of the 8863 fiasco and didnt get me return until late June. I only have one w2 this year and filed HOH. I’m really hoping I don’t have to wait months again, but I’m really starting to believe I will.

I’m still unable to get into transcripts as well. It has the same message that it was giving right before this last big update. I’m won’t hold my breath that anything is happening. I’m pretty confidant we will all see an update Wednesday night.

Oh forgot to add that i was also one caught up in the HRB fiasco early on…I filed with them on 1/8 never got accepted..only finally rejected because Turbo Tax accepted so quick. IRS lady did ask me for those dates too so i knew she was looking at my record lol. She said that they can sometimes cause a small snag in system but shouldn’t be a problem if they matched up.

Filed and accepted on 1/31, I have one bar on WMR, 21 day message, tax topic 152 still. Never lost my bar. Showing all 0’s and date of 3/3/14 on account transcript. Originally had 2/24/2014 but it changed to March sometime Friday i believe?.
Since no changes for awhile i called IRS today. I talked to 2 pleasant people not rude at all. The first decided to go ahead and transfer me to the Accounts Department. The agent asked me for my information except for what shoes i had on LOL. Pretty much had to say everything on my tax return. She put me on hold for a few minutes. Came back and said thatif they needed anymore information or had a problem with my return I would have received notice by now. She said if i haven’t got anything by end of my 3 weeks to call them back so can look further into the matter and see what is going on. She wouldn’t give any dates. Said she coulnd’t access my records. LOL So here’s to hoping for a DD by the 17th i think? -

Filed and accepted 1/31 with TT. Tax Topic 152 soon after and one bar. Then bars went away completely 4 days ago. Refund transcript sill has the * and account transcript changed from 2/24 to 3/3 and has all zeros. I am getting a little hopeless here.

Thanks! Just wanted to be sure it wasn’t just me. Fingers crossed for an update. I just read on other thread that when this happened to someone else the * was gone next to 2013 which is a good sign. But then someone else chimed in and said that didn’t happen for them.
I know it’s a long stretch but hopefully all of us see a positive change. :)

I filed 1/28, it was accepted 1/29. I was finally able to get an accounts transcript several days ago. However, I am still setting 000’s on it with a date of 2/24. I am still at one bar on WMR. I have no clue when it will go through. I did my mom’s taxes on 2/6 and she has a ddd of 2/13…

well the first guy that i talked to said many refunds were either stopped all together or pulled back from there ddd and that everyone should see an update by the 13th with either a new ddd or a first time ddd.

well as far as the hub deal goes. im ignorant to those facts. all i know is everytime i call it takes me to a philadelphia irs center. Putting 2 and 2 together being that i filed through pa and it says philadelphia on the transcript. either way that is the information that i got

ok called again.. she said returns are about a week behind if you filed before the 31st through philly. so that means i was accepted the 29th that puts me at processing being finished by about the 10th-12th and ddd as of 2/13. we shall see!

Cement face …what if you filed before the 31 but not approved until after? I was approved the 3rd then they changed my acceptance date to the 6th?!?!? Transcript has 3/3. Read link I posted above it will help a lot of people that were confused like me

ok so here we go. Finally got some news directly through the philadelphia irs hub by calling the number on my transcript. I told him i needed my 2013 transcript for my fafsa and thats how i got these answers. what he told me was that there hub wasnt fully updated with the new system so in return many refunds were either stopped or pulled back due to the glitch. Also, due to the severe weather that philly has had everything is basically behind in processing but they are processing backed returns along with most recent filed in combination and a weekly update of 2/13 should show a change in the status of all returns from philadelphia irs hub!
i guess we just have to hurry up and wait some more…

48hrs? ive been stuck with the “2013*” for over a week now! Called the irs and all ive gotten was i have no offsets and im not under review. i will continue to call all day until i get answers! ill update with all the info i get!

I’m thinking that since we got resequenced is the reason behind the 000 on our account transcripts. Hopefully we see something this week. My account transcript still shows the date of 2/24 not 3/3. I agree with the statement made earlier about the posters on the main page complaining about not having their money but they have a DDD. We have been waiting the longest and don’t have anything. They just need to chill out.

There is a thread that explains the 000. It says it means the file has moved into processing and when the star by the return transcript is gone, it means the return is completely processed and a did will appear on war usually within 48 hours. It seems like it is a move in the right direction. …

What irks me is that I filed taxes for two other people on 2/2 and they both updated midweek with a DDD and both of them have money in their bank accounts today. Both also filed thru TurboTax. And yet all of us are still sitting here and waiting.

Same boat here filed 1/10 accepted 1/24 so TT says. I haven’t called the IRS yet waiting till the 21 days are up. But I am in the Memphis hub 000 on account transcript and *next to my return transcript. I filed my fiancée’s taxes on the 24th and she got her DD on the 6th. We are both in Texas.

I am in the same boat. I filed 1/28 (early accepted 1/29, so I got the the 2/1 date). I haven’t had any progress and cannot order my transcripts. When I view online I can see all zeros and it is out of the memphis hub. I still have the date 2/24 on my acct transcripts. No update to WMR, still one bar. Fingers crossed it will update at some point today, though I highly doubt it. I am expecting a rather large return with EIC, Education Credit and Child Tax Credit. I did not have any changes to my return over last year as my kids were already born, I filed Education credit last year and my income was about $10,000 less (due to a deployment)
It is defintely frustrating to see people who filed 2/4 complaining about not getting their 2/12 refunds yet. Anyone think it might be an education credit issue?

Yea still 00 now my date has changed to 3/3 called hrb spoke with my tax pro and she said to give it a week and see but as far as she knows my tax return has not been rejected and so on and so forth made me feel alil better but if your not done processing then how would they know everything is a ok? Ugh I guess I’m being paranoid but I still don’t know what to think I’ve claimed my same kids hoh. No change in address or job ,the only thing is my brother claimed single with my address he does live here but takes care of his own stuff has his own room different fridge even lol I hope that has nothing to do with it I mean he claimed last year as well and works at a diff job payed his own taxes and stuff so I don’t see the problem oh we’ll I swear I’ll jump for joy if they approve me . I don’t care if they say your refund will come next month just as long as I’m good!!! Rant over

Filed 1/28 accepted 1/29 sitting at 1 bar since being accepted. I was able to view my transcript on Friday and it is all 0’s and with a date of 2/24(not really sure what that date means). I got a letter of non-filer on my return transcript and it shows Philly hub. Thank you so much for creating this thread. I feel like we are being forgotten about while everyone obsesses over getting their deposits early.
