Have no words anymore! Although happy for everyone receiving theirs. I don’t understand why? Why are some going through this?

@cw751
wow! The fact that your stimmy isn’t even going to where they sent your refund indicates to me that they are worse than I even thought. Which says a lot since I thought they were a complete disaster already. I am so sorry. -

@Tiffany The stimulus isn’t even going to the account my refund hit in Feb. I am seriously confused. It makes no sense to me. Up until this year I have used HR Block to do my taxes, so my refunds have always went to their account and then been dispersed, this year I use TT with no fees taken out, my return shows my bank account, and some how the stimulus tool shows its going to land in an old account that is closed.

@cw751 that crazy, they haven’t even processed mine yet (refund), and I’m sitting on still being processed… and my stimulus is in the bank account I used for this tax return… I used a different one last year. so im confused at this point

@MALy4 I’m in that boat. I changed bank info on my 2020, look at the tool and my old, closed bank account is where this stim is going…going to be another long wait.

@MALy4 they definitely are using refund account info from 2020 return because this is the first year I have used this account and they have it scheduled for the 17th. I switched from capital one to navy federal this year.. so don’t fret until the 17th

@GiveMeMyMunah Same boat here and wondering the same thing. For the 2nd one, I received it in the mail on 2/3 or 2/4 I think. Hoping that the 1 month timeline will be the same for this one. Though tbh, I have zero faith and anticipate a lengthy wait amidst tax return season. Praying they prove me wrong though haha

The first wave is scheduled for deposit date of the 17th, so if you have a traditional bank and haven’t gotten it yet, that doesn’t mean you aren’t in the first wave. It just won’t show up until Wednesday. I know with my bank (suntrust) I never see deposits earlier than the scheduled date so I’m guessing it’ll hit Wednesday for me.
Thoughts and prayers to everyone waiting.. I know how hard it can be when you really need it, even just a few days can be hell. -

So, this is the Third time the IRS has gotten bit wrong. Sending stimulus to wrong account once again. I already filed taxes on 2/13 claiming my child and gave bank direct deposit account information. They can’t possibly be using 2020 information to process these payments, Oh my God🤦🏽♀️

Yep I feel ya..Even though the IRS checked my stuff yesterday they are sending my stimulus to the WRONG account AGAIN. We changed banks since last year. We had to wait a paper check on the 2nd one…Any clue how long the wait will be this time?

Some people did get it already but most of them bank with alternative banking like chime emerald cards turbo tax cards or small credit unions. News articles this morning said most people with major banks (chase Wells Fargo BofA etc) have not seen direct deposits yet. Sending virtual hugs and prayers to everyone hurting from this delay right now

I know exactly how you feel. I literally am digging quarters and dimes from the bottom of my purse to feed me and my kids. But if it’s any solace you may still be in the first wave. Stimulus just started going out Friday and will continue to go out throughout the day today. So some of us might see it hit Monday. If not, the official payout date for the first waves is 3/17

U all arent the only ones..I’m at a lost of words. 16, 17, 19 & 20 refunds delayed, & all 3 stimulus are delayed for me & my wife. Faxed required duplicate returns multiple times & they simply wont process or input in the system..it’s ridiculous at this point. haven’t received a thing. It’s a royal ***effing at this point. Why some of us has to wait so long after I have my idea’s but if I share them I’m sure I would be labeled a conspiracy theorist..but I know what I know.

I’m over it. Third year in a row of getting screwed on taxes, first time of not being in the first wave for the stimulus. I just don’t get it. Nothing has changed for us stimulus wise, everything remains the same.
