      IRS form that 1040 filers can begin filing in mid-February

      Taxpayers using this form can begin filing their tax returns in mid-February after the IRS updates its processing systems.

      Any updates on the actual date the IRS will start to post the delayed forms? I’m not a 8863, I have a form 8859 (DC Home buyer) but I’m in the same boat, or maybe a worse one, since mine isn’t expected to be ready until late Feb – early March.
