Help.

I filed 1/21. Accepted in the test batch 1/23.

I have no transcript showing except one wage transcript.

I was sent the id letter. I verified online two weeks ago. I’ve called twice and there’s no help. One said it’s processing. The other said it’s not.

My WMR still says: We received your tax return and are reviewing it. If we need additional information, we’ll mail a notice with further instructions.
If you’ve already received a notice, please follow the instructions.

If we determine no additional information is needed, we’ll continue to process your refund.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

A test batch delay? rare. something was more than likely wrong with your return. you’ll get it, but the verification will cost you a couple extra months.
