      I got the same notice two years ago and I received my refund on March 15th. I just got the same notice again a few days ago. I am really hoping this time doesn’t take as long but we will see.

      Has anyone else ever received this notice?

      The IRS Integrity and Verification Operation unit sends out letter 4464C to inform you they have chosen to verify the accuracy of your return. It can be random or something in your tax return triggered the computer to flag it.
