      Thought I would start a thread for just us who have the dreaded 570, so we can update each other as we either get letters, get released, or just keep waiting…..

      Notice issued 3/11- CP05
      2nd notice recieved 3/18- additional time

      4/5- contacted congress
      4/17-congress responded asked for 30days, opened case w TAS.

      5/10 TAS responded: need to amend income W2s for ride sharing/ delivery driving (Uber, gopuff) to 1099s instead of w2s. Indicated to allow 90 days, however for simple come varification such as this possibly quicker to check status of amended return in 3wks.
