Filed accepted 1/25 2/4 verify identity called verified 3/4 case closed 3/7. Then went to 152 code then 570 4/8. two weeks ago 971 code 4/15. Called tax advocates office. Identity cleared up waiting on 1099-r from Principal. She says they don’t process 1099 until April. says call back May 6th (my 9th week) if I haven’t gotten taxes. Anybody else have Principal for 401k?

Same problem here 570 2/26 971 3/4. Looks like something is coming today from IRS (not shown online transcripts) but it may be a letter re Tax Advocate. We requested expedited refund, hoping something would kick in before state taxes (didn’t withhold state for retirement withdrawal) are due soon.
