Hi, I just looked on my transcript and I still have no record of income tax filed. However, what did show up today is a 810 Code. I have checked the Offset line and called the IRS 3 times and I am still confused. The first lady was more informative. She said, she did not see anything wrong with my account and the only notes she could see was that my identification number did not come back in time when filing. I am not even sure what that means. Since nothing has changed on my taxes, with the exception that I had gambling winnings this year and I did not get a form for it. So I just filed all the winnings I made on each site together. She told me to wait until after the 19th and they will be able to see more on my account. Has anyone ever had this before and know what the issue could relate too? The lady was very confused on why I would get it, when she saw nothing unusual on my account outside of the code.

@810freezeguy An admin in here gave the helpful advice of contacting your congressman. I did that and I have gotten more movement in less than a week than I have in almost two months. Nothing has updated on my transcripts but at least I have someone now working on it and confirmed that they did not see anything wrong with my taxes. So, that would be my suggestion for you. Try and see if that works. I don’t know if anything will be resolved but at least it’s a start.
