Thought I would start a thread for just us who have the dreaded 570, so we can update each other as we either get letters, get released, or just keep waiting…..

Woke this morning to a notification on the IRS Acct home site of Notice issued which was a CP05 indicating as follows-

We’re holding your refund until we finish verifying the accuracy of your return.
We selected your return to verify one or more of the following you may have reported:
• Income
• Income tax withholding
• Tax credits
• Business income

You don’t need to do anything at this time. We could take up to 60 days to complete this review.
