This Friday will be my 21 days. I have had no updates, transcripts still say n/a, etc. Until this morning……..
Filed joint with my husband. Went to check “Where’s my refund” this morning:
Using my husband’s social it says this:

“We apologize, but your return processing has been delayed beyond the normal timeframe.

You can continue to check back here for the most up to date information regarding your refund.

We understand your tax refund is very important and we are working to process your return as quickly as possible.”

But using my social it is now giving the “still processing ” message…..

What is my next step???

it seems as if a lot of people are getting this hold this season. my WMR says the same thing. my transcripts did update but i have that dreaded 570 code and a date of 3-27-2023 next to it. call them on friday since it will be your 21st day and see if they can give you any info.. most likely they will say your account is on hold to verify the accuracy of your refund and depending on who you get, they will either tell you to wait 60 days or 120 days. i have been told both.
