      Bars Disappeared on February 22nd with “still processing message”

      When I first got on the line I was told that they are experiencing delays and that they are asking taxpayers to be patient that it could take an additional 10 weeks to process returns.
      Afterwards she said she would check on my file for me anyhow. My refund amount hasn’t changed and there are no flags on my account but it is sitting in the errors department.
