      SBTPG: Santa Barbara Tax Products Group formerly known as SBBT: Santa Barbara Bank & Trust
      aka TPG: Tax Products Group

      They are a 3rd party intermediary (Refund Processing Service) that handles refunds for certain tax preparers when people choose to have fees deducted from their refund rather than paying upfront.

      First time having fees taken out – SBTPG says “Amount Sent” and date of 2/21. Does that mean it was sent to my bank today? I have Wells Fargo 😕 and it’s not showing in my account. Just curious so I better understand the process. TIA!
