      Has anyone ever received a refund prior to the bars moving on the wheres my refund graph? Or is it right on CUE? I ask be cause I filed January 17, and it was received January 20, have made no further progress since then.

      I filed my federal tax refund on April 13, 2015, via HR Block, electronically.
      My return was accepted immediately. Since that time, WMR has been showing “your return is still being processed. Today is July 3 and I have heard not a word from IRS.
      In my experience, it is impossible to get through to a live person at IRS.
      I am a disabled vet and could sure use that refund.
