We filed January 20 accepted same day been waiting ever since. We did receive the cp05 letter dated February 23 2015. It was suppose to end April 9 or send another letter or check. This morning around 1130 am our transcripts updated to 846 refund issued date of 5/4/2015. We are excited but wondering if anyone who had the same letter sent was still able to get direct deposit?

Same letter with same dates! April 9 th has come and gone, no change in transcripts either……this is so not cool

I’m still waiting too. filed 1/20, accepted 1/20 then got a 570 code (date is 2/16 on transcript), then 971(date is 2/23 pm transcript but i received it on valentines day) then cp05 letter that says they will be done by April 9th and i’ll receive my refund or another letter. Soooo I’m still waiting around …. 8 more days til April 9th. If they aren’t done with it the next step is having to call in and get them to send a referral to that department to provide an answer as to why it is still delayed or release it. They say to allow 30 days for this too soooo blah… we wait.

My situation mimics yours perfectly. Dates and all. I was wondering if anyone else was in the same situation and also had their refund amount show back up. Hopefully you’re right and we see something in a couple of weeks.

Same here, CP05 sent out the 23rd but dated 3/2. 570 dated 2/23 and 971 dated 3/2 but I’ve been able to see them, and all of my transcripts, for weeks. My refund amount came back on WMR, but no bars. Topic 152 disappeared. Looking up other threads on other forums, it seems a good deal of people who received CP05 notices around the same time last year ended up getting DDDs about 14 days after the letter date. I’m hoping for movement soon.

Same here CP05 dated 3/16 per transcript. Waiting for it. I think they are rolling them out

Same here. Sent the letter Feb. 2nd (they claimed) delivered Feb. 23rd. Review will be completed April 9th. Will receive refund or another letter. It’s BS. I filed Jan. 20th. They should have to pay a penalty to everyone they are late with.

Just got the exact same notice in the mail. Dated for the 23. They shouldn’t be able to post date notices to extend their timeline.

Had a 570 dated 2/16 and 971 dated 2/23…. Filed 1/27 and received a cp05 yesterday telling me to do nothing. The review should be done 4/09…. I will either get the money or ANOTHER letter

Same here. My 570 is dated 3/3 and my 971 is dated 3/10… Hopefully something soon?
