      I filed on Feb 22nd no movement on my taxes since April 22nd…..No stimuluses either i filed the rebate in my taxes. My CTC portal still says pending you will not be receiving advanced payments at the time. I have a letter from the IRS in Informed Delivery along with something that don’t have a pic (i been getting lots of junk mail so maybe that is nothing) the IRS letter says important information about your CTC and is directed to My husband and I but it does not look like a check. Has anyone with this on the portal get there payments either way? letter is from Philadelphia PA 19104…………….

          I’m in a similar situation. Filed and accepted on 2/22. My transcripts show a refund is due and my account shows a negative balance (refund) but it’s been dormant since early June. I got a letter from “Joe Biden” in the mail stating that I will be receiving the CTC advance starting in July, but it never came. Portal shows “Pending, you will not be receiving payments at this time”. The IRS owes me so much money right now
