I talked to a rep who first says he doesn’t see my injured spouse. I said no it was filed electronically and accepted January 28th and when I spoke with a rep in February it was assigned already. He says oh wait I do see where it is processing and that IS dept is closed. I know at this point they are told to say that because people are still receiving their refunds and have been since this happened. I’m trying to stay positive but it’s very hard.
