Same thing here, I was able to log in until Friday and have had an error message since then, I have also emailed them a few times they say the same thing about updating.

Not sure, but I also still have the error message so do a lot of people on the live discussion. I did contact sbtpg twice they apologized and said that they “are still processing the payments and updating”

I had the advance and fees taken out, also a pather, same acceptance date 2/11, I have a full green circle but only for my advance.

You just go to the sbtpg website and login accordingly, then it tells you all the stuff about your advance, if the irs has sent your return then it will be there and show.

Metabank(money network) just dropped
