    • Ive had the 570 and the 1541 message since 2/6.
      2/12 received 4464c.
      No 971 on my Transcripts, 570 code dated 2-26-2018 still on my Transcripts.
      No updates no reasoning at ALL!
      I need my money and this is BS.
      Last year i had my money by 2/23 this is BS to the MAX!

      No point in me calling them, would do no good. TA’s are about as useless.
      Did that one in 2016. Better to just wait it out.

    • @Cinnamon: You are in good company. There so many people in the same boat right now. More than we have seen in previous years.

    • @Sina: It’s hard to say for sure, but they correlate with an entire week’s cycle (which is why they are Monday dates) and they are usually listed next to the transaction codes for about 3 cycles out from when it was placed.

    • @C. Howard: Seems like they are telling everyone different stories. And that most just follow a script saying wait another 45 days. I am sorry you are getting the run around too. Checking for offsets should be a normal part of processing I would think.

    • @The IRS snack b*tch: Please do — I don’t think people realize how many are affected. It’s not even so much the delay, it’s the not knowing what’s going on that is upsetting so many people.

    • Yes, I will definitely share it everywhere. This is crazy were stuck with a 570 code that can mean so many things but yet when I call you tell me over and over nothing is wrong we just need an additional 45 days and some people are getting 60 days just to hold it for no apparent reason. It is said we keep getting different dates to get us off the phone. wait until after 21 days. wait until after 02/15. wait until after 02/27 now wait until we’re ready.

      It seems many people were stalled in an income wage verification rut. Some seem to be clearing up on their own if they filed an accurate return and the IRS has been able to verify income. Others, with even minor discrepancies, are being required to file amended returns to restart processing. Some people have requested the assistance of TAS because the IRS is giving little info or canned scripts when you call. And then, there are a ton of people like you just sitting in the dark.
