This stimulus is 2020 tax year. They will hold it for 6 months before releasing it to the other ex spouse if they release it at all. You should be able to filenisnon it after some time.

I’m curious on the $4400 amount? My husband and I filed a IS form but we received our full amount of $2400 and $500 for our child. It seems the IRS is choosing who they wanna take the money from it really doesn’t seem consistent at all.

I was literally thinking this same thing! Ugh I hope since we filed injured spouse with taxes that we can still get at least half. 🙄
