I filed 1/14 through H&R Block and was accepted 1/16. I received the infamous 152/9001 crap on 1/18. No path for me and transcripts still N/A this morning so I called the IRS. She asked for some basic info from me and out me on hold. She came back and told me my return was accepted on February 1st. It appears that the majority of people that filed prior to 1/28 were “resequenced”. When the IRS began accepting returns those that had already filed were reset and a new acceptance date was given to them. Now I have to wait the 21 days from 2/1 before I can be provided with anymore info. I’m hoping I will get my return before than. I’m wondering has anyone that filed prior to 1/28 received a refund yet? If so did you receive the 152/9001 screen? Any info would be appreciated if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Well I have good news guys after weeks of waiting I finally was able to pull up my transcripts. I have a DDD for 2/13 next Wednesday. Which matches up perfectly with my weekly status. I’m guessing WMR will update tomorrow. I still have 152/9001 on WMR. Good luck to everyone else.

Always file early. Always get my return before February starts. Two of my friends got their returns on 1/30 and they both have children. I have been on “your return is still being processed” with no bars since Saturday. I filed 1/23 and got email of acceptance 1/25. No children. No credits. Easy return. Still nothing. Getting a little worried but there’s no point in worrying

Been riding the path message since the 29th. Filed and accepted 1/23…No updates since the 29th. Transcripts say Feb 18th will be my “processing” date…so who knows what will happen. The IRS tends to march to the beat of their own drum.

@Nic, I’m following the same assumption. I’d say yes. Hopefully we see an update this saturday!

Also I believe weekly update is Friday night into Saturday morning (3-6a.m.)

I believe I am weekly. My codes the past years have been 20170405, 20180405, and so on. Seems I usually update on Saturdays and receive my refund on Wednesdays. Am I correct with this assumption?

@Chuck42 yes, my current year is not available. My history shows that I have always been weekly, so I’m assuming the same. If my transcript becomes available tomorrow, then most likely I’m still weekly.

Are you determining your weekly vs daily status based on last and prior years transcripts?

I filed 1/24, I only have 1 bar on WMR and am not path. It hasnt been 21 days for me, so I’m not able to officially call in. I did check my cycle to see if I was weekly or daily. Turns out I’m weekly and they only process weekly returns on Thursdays (today). I’m going to check for my transcript tomorrow, since it currently is not available. If its there, most likely I will have a DDD for next week. Do you know if you are a daily/weekly processor?

My story is the exact same as yours, I called yesterday and they said there is no problem it’s still processing but I’m still getting the 152/9001 screen :(
