Thought I would start a thread for just us who have the dreaded 570, so we can update each other as we either get letters, get released, or just keep waiting…..

Did some research on the “as of date”:

If you see a change in this date, it’s likely because there has been some activity or update on your account. It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on this date for any changes that may affect your tax situation.

I’m hoping its because i faxed over W2s, 1099Rs, and my last 2 paystubs for myself and the hubby to the tax advocate. Maybe that means they got me back in the processing queue… maybe not. But its hopeful
