      Thought I would start a thread for just us who have the dreaded 570, so we can update each other as we either get letters, get released, or just keep waiting…..

      First time filed 1099R

      Accepted 02/02
      150 Tax return filed 03-11-2024
      806 W-2 or 1099 withholding 04-15-2024
      570 Additional account action pending 03-11-2024 $0.00
      971 Notice issued 03-18-2024 $0.00

      -No change since Feb 28
      -No letter received as of yet
      -Contacted IRS two days ago and was told was pulled for review could take up to 120 days.
      -IRS agent indicated a letter was sent March 1
