Well, it’s been 104 days and my return has been put in review three times all because of the ACA. My return hasn’t been changed one little bit, so I don’t know why they are reviewing it again. I have talked to some of the rudest people on the face of the earth at the IRS. Now they are saying it will take another 45 days for them to finish the newest review. It is in a new department and they are not sure why they have it or what the problem is. Just great!

Same here, filed on Jan 31, Identity verification done on March 27 (had to do at IRS office), and was told that I should get my refund until May 6 but didn’t happen.

Since than nothing, “being processed” on the WIMR, without any change. Nothing from IRS since, no mails, tried to reach them and can’t get through, tried to schedule an appointment at the local IRS, they don’t even reply back to me.
It’s June 10, I guess no solution other than waiting it out, good to know I’m not the only one.

I hear you! I filed 2/6 and am still waiting now at June 8 and I didn’t even have the ACA issue. They’ve sent 2 letters just saying they’re reviewing and not to do anything unless they ask me to other than wait. I haven’t gotten a letter since mid march, my wmr says still processing, a date will be given blahblah. I have no idea whats up with this crap.
