I filed an injured spouse form on an amended return for 2015 and 2016. They sent me a letter stating they’re offsetting my 2015 tax return (my husband owes) but when I called them they said its still showing pending and they didn’t process the injured spouse form? Has anyone dealt with this before? I’m so confused.

Needless to say I got my taxes back in August last year with interest!

So now I’m confused. Anyone have any advice? Why would…[Read more]
