@michigangr did they send paperwork or the court. They can threaten to jump on your taxes all they want but a court has to sign it. Small cc unions suck or small companies they want their money not like big corporations they just stick it on your credit report. Iyou didn’t get anything from a court to appear for a judgment did you?

Hello! Mine did too on a Thursday last week of May 5 or 7? Then for giggles I tried Monday and had a ddd of 2/7 so I’m not sure if that’s just a general we got your return or what. Mine also said something like your return was selected for random review or along those line then boom updated.

@michigangr Hello, if the garnishment is from the state of Michigan yes and no. No if you don’t contact them and set up arrangements first. But, be careful or know even if you do sometimes they still take the return.
No it was a cc with a private small credit union I waa a consigned for my ex and it looks like they sent me something in the mail about garnishing my state taxes I’m wondering if I can stop it! Ugh so frustrated now! @tamara-mallery
