Anyone else use TaxSlayer and have a DDD for today only to wake up and not have refund deposited? I checked my tax return and there is a random routing and account number. Upon investigation, that routing number belongs to Civista Bank, which is part of SBTPG, which is how fees are paid for TaxSlayer. But what I’ve also read is that fees are taken out of federal not state. My federal return has my normal routing and bank account number. Of course going to the SBTPG site only asks for federal information and not state.
