Finally decided to call the IRS and see if I could get any update on our refund status. I spoke with a very pleasant woman and she told me because I’m still in the 11 week window that I still have a few weeks to have it be processed. She told me my 11 week mark is the first week of July.

      Efiled accepted 4/13
      IS form 4/16

So from what the lady said I have to wait 11 weeks from the date the IS form was received. So I’m hoping to see a refund around July 2nd or maybe earlier (crossing fingers!!!)
I hope this helps anyone. i don’t remember my refund taking this long in previous years.

I also asked if the transcript hack would affect the time I get my refund and she said because she seen only one return with my social, it won’t be effected. So I’m assuming if you were affected by the hack, your refund might be delayed?

Now I just have to wait patiently.

Well I efiled 2/25/2015, accepted and was notified that my form was accepted and processed 3/23/2015. Apparently my refund was “lost” and the code was put in twice this was sent to error resolution and to this day NO contact no one can help nor does an advocate assist in anyway. No notice, no letters and daily calling the toll free number, the advocate number gets me absolutly no where either hung up on, asked how I would like to make a payment…. total crap!
it is over 14 weeks, 60 days —- 4 months of silence
