We just move to Texas for one year and he didn’t work for whole year ,( before in Mass I don’t have any income so I can’t file injuried spouse form ) ,
That is all my income And I wondering the IRS will take half from my tax return for my husband ‘s debt ?

We lived in Texas last year. I had an offset and it took our entire refund. We filed the injured spouse and got half back. Hope this helps!
