How to view transcripts HELP Please.

Hey can someone please tell me how to view the transcripts everyone is talking about?

  There are multiple ways to view transcripts. You can view them online, request by mail, and request by fax.
  
  You will have to authenticate your identity using data from your credit report if you setup online access. It’s not so useful to request by mail, because things can change after they are mailed. You can call and request they be faxed and use any number of mobile fax apps.
