Just saw on C-Span that the IRS is only rinnibg 1/2 force. So will this push back refunds? If I remember correctly the last shutdown delayed them. How convenient that this comes right at a time when new tax laws go onto effect (insert sarcasm).

So the shutdown is over. What happens after the 8th if the dems dig in and we have another shutdown? I’m hoping for a DDD of 2/2 but what happens to DDD listed as 2/9

The bill still needs to pass House and WH but they anticipate it should be by end of day.

They voted to reopen until February 8th! We have a temporary reprieve!

Efile will be sent and received via automated systems but all refunds and audits will be suspended until the shutdown is over. Hopefully before the 29th and we won’t be delayed or affected.
