filed,acceptance, dd date with times!!!

so i filed my fiances return 01/29/18 at 2:20pm cst, accepted 01/29/18 at 3:08 cst, direct deposit date was 02/07/18, did taxes with turbo tax, had them deduct the price of filing from the taxes and send it on a turbo prepaid card… issue is taxes showed up in the cards account 02/06/18 at 3:43 am cst, but still no debit card in the mail

No idea, I filed and accepted 01-31 around 3pmcst, still not on path message, only at 1 bar, if you call, you won’t get any help till 21 days have passed

My return was accepted January 22, 2018 at 12:00 AM & I’m still just seeing the “check back mid to late Feb” which i think is ridiculous consider other people who were accepted after me are getting there’s. Do i call?! It’s frustrating
